Trunk Road Worker x2

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person who has an LGV driving licence, to be part of our Trunk Road Maintenance Team.

The purpose of the post is to undertake a range of highway related works on the Trunk Roads (A5, A470 & A55), including the installation and removal of high speed traffic management and maintenance related construction tasks. A majority of these works are carried out at night when the roads are quiet.

The post also participate in the Emergency Response Unit rota for Trunk Roads (A5, A470 & A55). Which requires the commitment to work 7 days a week when on duty and night time work and the flexibility to respond within an hour and have a knowledge of the Trunk Road network.

This team also assists with Winter maintenance operations.
