Full Job Description

We are currently seeking to appoint a Trust Estates Assistant to work within our Estates team, working with the Trust Director of Estates you will support with ensuring compliance across various different Estates processes. The successful candidate will provide administrative and organisational support to the Estates team and will have experience of using computerised administrative systems, good IT skills, attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise deadlines. You will be joining a dynamic, core team that supports the operations of all of the schools and colleges within our Trust. Our shared services are here to support all of our schools and colleges across several areas including Health and Safety, Finance, Estates, HR and MIS. Having recently moved into this site you will enjoy its new facilities and fantastic transport links being situated just off the M62. With a real team ethos, the different departments work together to provide ongoing support for the growth and development of the Trust.

Salary: Band E of the College Support Staff Spine (FTE £23,162 - £24,442, Actual Salary £20,588 - £21,726) A recruitment and retention allowance may be available for an outstanding candidate. Contract Details: Full Time
