Trust Office Executive

The Trust Office Executive will help to provide a high quality service to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Trust Executive Office at all times. The post holder will manage diary commitments for the CEO and Trust Chair, co-ordinate, support and minute meetings where necessary, and be proactive in developing office systems and processes. The post holder will also support the Communications Manager and the Governance Lead with any relevant tasks or duties, as and when needed. This role will also lead on Admissions across the Trust, acting as a central support/point of contact for schools within VIAT.

We are looking for a experienced, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our Trust Office in a brand new role., Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills are essential, along with a good knowledge of ICT.
