Full Job Description

  • Proactive and reactive meetings with existing Trust customers in your set to answer, resolve and facilitate solutions for their needs.

  • Continuous Relationship Management via regular contact with your set of Trust customers

  • Working closely with and influencing key colleagues across the Group and external 3rd party partner providers such as Schroders Personal Wealth and Cazenove Capital to build positive relationships, collaborating with them to ensure a flawless approach to customer engagement and onboarding.

  • Ownership of personal performance, demonstrating active development of your current and future needed skills

  • Accountable for accurate and compliant use of all reporting tools with quality data input to systems that provide MI.

  • Building up expertise and knowledge to maintain and develop your ongoing relationships with your customers across all areas of Lloyds Banking Group

    Previous Relationship Manager experience expected from within the banking sector.

  • An understanding of the financial markets and industry

  • Skilled at planning and prioritising work to meet commitments aligned with organisational goals.

  • Customer and colleague management experience

  • Analytical skills

    Lloyds Managed Trust Service have been managing trusts for over 100 years. Our services help to reduce the stress and burden that comes with managing a trust, which involves a growing number of legal and regulatory obligations.

    As a professional trustee we make sure our customer needs and objectives are met from the Trust.

    You'll work in line with the Groups flexibility works policy, and we'll need you to be able to work from our Abingdon Office in Oxfordshire.
