Work Stress Solutions (WSS) is an Epsom based charity with the goal to offer genuine support to anyone facing vulnerabilities, whether they are related to mental health, physical disabilities, or learning disabilities, and with your help, we can achieve even more. Role of a Trustee As a trustee, you will:

• Provide strategic direction and oversight
• Ensure the charity is well-managed and financially sound
• Support and challenge the team
• Act as an ambassador for the charity

• Fundraising research / Bid writing
• Governance
• Strategic development and planning
• Change management, Do you have skills and experience that could help guide a charity to success? We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Board of Trustees., We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Skills in governance, creating effective policies, Charity law, fundraising, bid witting and local networking are particularly appreciated but all skills are valued and do make a difference. Most importantly, we seek individuals who are passionate about our cause and committed to making a difference., Experience in governance and strategic planning
