  • A chance to expand your professional network within the global arts and nonprofit sectors., As a Trustee, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the biennial, ensuring strong governance, and leading initiatives to secure vital funding for the sustainability and growth of our programs., 1. Governance:

    • + Ensure that Art Voyage operates in accordance with its governing documents, legal, and regulatory requirements.
    + Oversee and guide the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve our mission and vision.
    2. Fundraising and Development:
    + Develop and execute fundraising strategies, including individual giving, corporate partnerships, and grant opportunities.
    + Cultivate and manage relationships with donors and sponsors.
    + Research and apply for relevant grants and funding opportunities.
    + Plan and oversee fundraising events and campaigns.
    + Track donations and provide regular financial reports.
    3. Strategic Leadership:
    + Provide overall leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of long-term strategies for organizational growth.
    + Support the biennial in building and maintaining partnerships with cultural institutions, artists, sponsors, and the broader art community.
