We are committed to ensuring that our Board reflects and represents the diversity of our vibrant communities and would therefore particularly welcome applications from prospective trustees from diverse backgrounds, who can bring a broad range of skills and experiences to the role. The ability to speak Welsh would be desirable although not essential and previous board experience is not required. As a Trustee, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the Sherman by providing strategic oversight, stewardship and governance, and support to our executive team. Your input will be vital in ensuring we continue to thrive and achieve our goals, deliver our ambitions and meet our obligations as a charitable organisation.

• Finance/Accounting: knowledge/experience in Not for Profit and Charity finance
• Fundraising/Funding: knowledge/experience in developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies
• Building/Facilities Management: knowledge/experience of building maintenance, environmental sustainability and catering facilities
• Theatre Making: knowledge/experience of a Producing Theatre environment
  
  This is a voluntary position. Reasonable expenses outside of standard meetings will be paid for.
