Full Job Description

Key elements of the role include:

  • Creative Strategy Development - Lead the development of creative strategies for all briefs that come in through the TTCX platform. This includes ensuring creative routes are aligned with client objectives, tick Uncovered's social principles and are social first. Stay abreast of the latest trends, challenges, and features on TikTok, leveraging this knowledge to inform creative strategies.

  • Content ideation and Creation - Generate innovative and engaging content ideas for TikTok as per the client brief. Oversee the execution and delivery of this content, to ensure assets are on brief, social first and informed by the latest trends and creative learnings.

  • Campaign Management - Manage end-to-end execution of creative campaigns, from concept development to final delivery, and ensuring you stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our campaigns remain cutting-edge and effective.

  • Team leadership - Collaborating with TTCX Ops Lead to ensure projects are delivered on time, to brief and that the relevant TTCX team members working on the brief understand project requirements and goals. Manage creative team members to foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages everyone to excel in both output and in their own development.

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Lead to sit within the Uncovered TTCX team. As our TTCX Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the creative strategy across all briefs. The ideal candidate is a social native, with a passion for storytelling, a keen understanding of social media trends, and a proven track record for delivering compelling and effective creative campaigns., Proven experience in a creative role within a social media agency or a similar environment.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful social media campaigns.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard creative software and tools.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
