• MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A MANAGEMENT ROLE, · Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin
· Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership in Management in Care Level 4 or 5 · Proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults. This is a role for someone who is ready to take real accountability. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you will be truly considerate and kind.
