Full Job Description

Working Friday and Saturday evenings between 6pm - 9pm, this role ensures our levels of service reflect our AA 4 Red Star standard of accommodation and enables us to exceed guest expectations.

The role of a Turndown Room Assistant is to ensure our guests' bedrooms are refreshed and replenished as required

· Turn down service includes: -

- Turn on suitable lighting

- Empty bins and remove or replace used crockery/glasses

- Turn back bed per person, re-make if used

- Clean bathroom and replenish wet/dirty towels

- Replenish water, biscuits, toilet rolls, tissues.

- Seasonal differences, in summer take bedspreads off.

- Close curtains if late arrival or if it is dark outside when doing the room

- Check guest toilets for hand towels/cleanliness

- Prepare coffee/tea trays for the morning as required

Attention to detail
- A pride in your work ensuring rooms are presented to the highest standard
- Ability to engage with guests in a professional and polite manner
- Work quietly and discreetly when guests are present in their room
