Full Job Description

Realise Futures have vacancies within our team for Digital and Work Skills tutors., You will be supporting our learners to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in life and work which is largely achieved through formal assessment to support in the achievement of qualifications. You will also be working with colleagues to monitor the courses that you deliver to ensure that we are consistently ensuring the delivery of high-quality provision.

A minimum level 3 teaching qualification and a subject specific qualification in the relevant areas are essential.

We are looking for knowledgeable and enthusiastic tutors with experience of teaching some of, or including, digital skills (up to and including Level 2),
health & care, retail, childcare and logistics. We have various learning centres across Suffolk where you would be based, including in Bury St. Edmunds, Lowestoft and Ipswich. Outreach delivery is the norm and a willingness to travel in order to deliver in partner venues is essential, so access to your own transport is required, as are excellent communication skills, a positive attitude to working in partnership and flexibility in the role., Disability Confident
