Full Job Description
- Develop and ensure delivery of all learning programmes that enable young people to access and achieve a recognised qualification and progress into a positive destination including apprenticeships
- Ensure the highest possible standard of service delivery through the maintenance and monitoring of individualised learning programmes
- Meet the highest possible standard of service delivery required following OFSTED guidelines through the development, maintenance and monitoring of individually tailored training programmes
- Keep appropriate records in line with Barnardo's, relevant funders and other QA systems
- Deliver quality learning to grounds/individuals in a stimulating, engaging and motivating way to ensure timely progress and achievement
- Work with learners individually and in groups to identify and develop their area of needs
- Assess and record learners' progress and achievements as required by following internal and external standards
- Participate in meetings which relate to the development of the service
- Understand and implement appropriately Safeguarding procedures
- Deliver induction, initial assessment and IAG to learners throughout their programmes
- Achieve targets set for progression and achievement within the learning programme
