Full Job Description

We are excited to announce two vacancies for the role of TLM. You would be joining a well-established, exceptional team that is fully committed to the college's purpose. We aim to ensure that every young person has a great experience, achieves their qualifications, and progresses to their next steps. You will provide weekly tutorials to group of students to raise awareness of current local and regional issues, as well as providing informed support around health, wellbeing and safety. You will be actively engaged in trips visits and the acquisition of cultural capital to support the wider development of students and improve their life chances. The role of the TLM is fundamental to the personal, social and emotional development of our students and underpins the interventions which enable them to succeed.

Do you have the passion and drive to transform lives? Are you solution-focused and able to help young people navigate some of the challenges that impact their day-to-day lives? Are you learner-focused and determined to help young people plan and secure a healthy, happy future? Are you confident in delivering tutorials to groups of students that will contribute to their personal development?
