Full Job Description
- The main purpose of the role is to fit tyres onto vehicles to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Carrying out work to the highest level of quality
- Completing documentation to the standard defined by the company.
- Ordering stock & Stock control
- Ensuring compliance to the relevant Manufacturer / Insurer standards and requirements.
- Supervising members of the team.
- Ensuring good standards of housekeeping at all times.
A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service - Self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- An effective communicator
- Experience with the BMW and MINI brands would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
- Previous experience carrying out Tyre placements is essential
Working days will be Monday - Friday, however, you will also be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis Rewards - Extremely competitive salary and bonus structure
