UK Airbus Defence and Space Communications Placement (12 Months)

During this placement, the activities you may undertake will include:

• Developing content for external communications including sourcing content for articles, writing engaging stories for the web and drafting press releases;


• Developing content and ideas for social media;


• Creating presentations and audiovisual material;


• Organising events - for media and customer visits including attending industry exhibitions;


• Contributing ideas for overall UK communications campaigns and monitoring KPIs.
  
  Studying towards a degrees related to communications, media, international politics and content marketing;


• Ability to use G Suite;


• Ability to write content in different formats - suitable for the web, social media and media releases., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

This role will be within the UK Communications team for Airbus Defence and Space. Based at offices in Stevenage and also working remotely, the team has a wide remit and work across the main UK sites of Stevenage, Portsmouth and Newport.
