Business Systems Analyst Do you have a passion for detail? Do you want to work with a global team developing new and innovative solutions to employers most pressing challenges? This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our St Albans or London office. What the day will look like As part of a global industry-leading team, you'll provide business and technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and scoping, solutions, and procedures that meet end-user and system requirements. You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Support the group delivering high-quality analysis and requirements
- Develop cross-functional relationships across design, user research, engineering, consulting, operations and security
- Document details user stories in an Agile Product Development methodology, refine the stories with the cross functional team
- Work with the QA

- Adept at negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building with stakeholders
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build and manage relationships.
- Strong time management skills and experience working to tight deadlines
- Proactive, self-starter who takes ownership of issues/topics and sees things through to resolution.
- Experience partnering with QA resources to build proper test cases and traceability.
- Experience using Microsoft Azure Devops a plus.
