Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity to work for a fast paced global media company and a highly agile Finance function. This Bath-based role will closely support the UK Commercial Sales Team. The role reports to the UK Commercial Finance lead, within the Commercial Finance Team, and is one of two analyst roles supporting the business. What you'll be doing... The successful candidate will be responsible for key management account activities as well as additional commercial analysis as required, such as supporting the weekly trading reports and calculating sales commissions. You will become a trusted resource supporting our understanding of US advertising sales performance.
- Pursuing or interest in pursuing an accounting qualification ACA/CIMA/ACCA
- Management accounting experience would be preferential
- Ability to integrate data to ensure accuracy and provide insight to business partners
- Strong communication and people skills to build strong relationships across the business
- Bright, energetic and self-motivated with a proactive approach to work, and a focus on execution
- Desire to understand and challenge the 'why' when it comes to producing numbers
- Team player who is able to communicate and collaborate across Finance, business and operational teams
- Effective stakeholder and time management essential
- Possess a positive attitude to change, and a drive to challenge and improve processes
- An enquiring mind, and the ability to absorb and apply new information quickly
- Experience in using Excel or equivalent essential
- Experience in using Financial systems desirable

The expected range for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home.
