Full Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving business KPI's (Revenue and Margin) as per annual targets
  • Provide accurate and up to date forecast for business KPI's
  • Drive Delivery (Projects and Service) to a more proactive interaction with Customers: proposing innovative ideas, pushing our wide solution portfolio , leveraging on the strong established trust tohelp Customers on their Digital journey
  • Lead the delivery organization to include execution competencies for wider segments offering
  • Dare to disrupt the status quo and implement a program of transformation to create the most simple and effective organization (including cost-down savings to improve margin)
  • Lead the UK&I Process Automation Delivery organization to achieve best in class performance, driving towards a more customer centric approach and working on the competitiveness of our offers.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and cohesion to encourage people to be disruptive and 'think differently'.
  • Develop a UK&I Process Automation delivery community (including shared resources and knowledge), whilst also utilizing best-in-practice initiatives across global PA
  • Responsible for utilization and GMI, whilst also managing recovery
  • Full collaborate across all European Process Automation delivery clusters and the wider Schneider organizations.
  • Ensure effective utilization of EEC's
  • Collaborate with the GDO to identify skills for our future success and help implement a framework for the upskilling and implementation of new knowledge.
  • Develop the digital offers (including CyberSecurity), and create an up-sell consultative selling culture (through direct contact with customers)
  • Drive interactions with AVEVA (or similar) to improve our competitiveness.

    Capable to persuade and influence effectively, and able to engage others to work collaboratively
  • Ability to operate in a matrix management environment
  • Ability to identify industry experts, both internal and external, and work towards building an effective network in digital technologies and wider segments organizations
