Recruit top talent at all levels and departments including Sales, Marketing and other functions for London office and other EMEA offices (Paris, Dubai)
Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy to attract passive candidates as well as running market mapping for strategic roles
Source, screen, contact candidates, conduct interviews, check references, and close the recruitment process with focus on strategic approach
Proactively guide and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process and develop search strategies for the respective department
Manage relationship between recruitment agencies

Min. 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from the agency AND inhouse (or RPO) background
Experience working for different markets in a matrix organization
Strong experience in Boolean Searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other passive candidate sourcing techniques
Experience with social networks and job boards along with the ability to use these tools for sourcing and employer branding activities
Knowledge of international recruitment techniques, employment policies and procedures for various markets
Strong business acumen and proactive energetic personality
Successful track record with commercial of roles within the tech organizations preferred
