Full Job Description

You will represent and manage Ponant key accounts in the North of England. Your role will be to implement sales strategies and drive revenue volume growth in-line with market goals.,

  • Manage and implement sales & marketing strategies with key accounts in the North of England, Scotland and Ireland in line with country strategy set by UK&I GM.

  • Manage and control regional budget.

  • Set and control revenue targets for each key account along with UK&I GM.

  • Arrange, manage and execute regular product training via webinar and face to face.

  • Source new routes to market to support company portfolio growth.

  • Represent Ponant at B2B and B2C shows and events - UK wide.

  • Represent Ponant on ship visits - UK wide.

  • Attend FAM trips onboard Ponant ships with key agency contacts.

  • Always represent Ponant with the highest respect.

    You have a proven experience in sales management within the cruise industry, with a strong understanding of the UK and Ireland markets.

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
    Comfortable using IT systems such as MS Office, Salesforce and especially PowerPoint.
    You are fluent in English.
