Full Job Description

  • Manage, own and respond promptly and professionally to customer sales enquiries via portals such as phone, email, and online platforms.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.


  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.


  • Collaborate with the Applications Engineering team when technical consultation is required.


  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs by successfully following the sales process.


  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

    Proven experience in customer service or a related field.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.


  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
