Full Job Description
- Work as part of a cross-functional task-force to enable people to perform at their best
- Assess the potential people and psychological impact of new digital technologies and practices
- Conduct research and analyze organizational dynamics to identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in designing, testing, and implementing Sector-wide initiatives fostering engagement, collaboration, and innovation
- Collaborate across Functions and Lines of Business, driving meaningful change
- Provide subject insights from Organizational Psychology across the team's activities, We encourage employees to explore projects beyond their primary responsibilities, providing diverse experiences. You'll need to be on track to obtain a 2.2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology.
BAE Systems offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements. However, for this Industrial Placement programme, you will be required to attend your site 3-4 days per week. Note that this may be subject to change based on business needs. The specific hybrid working arrangements will be outlined by your line manager.
