Undergraduate Placement Year 2025 - Customer Training Intern

The Technical Training Department is industry leading and has set the benchmark in the heating sector for many years. Training is deemed by Bosch as one of the key strategic drivers in supporting business success and being part of the team you will be able to contribute to its future. The Training Department consists of around 25 people, the administration team has 6 members in total. We train customers throughout the UK in our state-of-the-art Training academies, Mobile training vans, Colleges, and Partner centres. We train customers on gas, oil, renewables, commercial, and industry qualifications. The industry is transitioning to green technologies and as a result we have developed and expanded the electrification courses we offer to support this industry change. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Taking training calls: advising customers, booking courses, taking payments, giving out information and dealing with queries
• Managing the department's shared mailbox
• Data maintenance tasks and administration support
• Assessment invigilation (Overseeing customer assessments)
• Completing department statistics
• Facilitating Online assessments
