The Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Uniformed Services Lecturer to join our dynamic Sport & Uniformed Services department. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment, ensuring our students receive the best possible education and support., + Supervise and assess students in practical settings, including the college gym, studio, sports field, and more.
+ Lead by example, promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
+ Develop and implement improvement strategies to help students reach their full potential.
+ Engage in recruitment and marketing activities, student interviews, and community liaison.
+ Participate in curriculum development and the creation of high-quality learning materials.
+ Provide exceptional customer service to students and stakeholders.
+ Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

+ Holds an appropriate teaching qualification or substantial industry experience (or working towards a teaching qualification).
+ Relevant subject expertise and a degree or equivalent professional qualification.
+ Minimum Level 2 Maths and English.
+ At least 5 years of industry experience in a related field (e.g., Army, Navy, RAF, Fire, Police, Criminology).
+ Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
+ A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

+ Flexible working arrangements, including occasional evenings and weekends., This role is permanent, part time (4 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - 29 hours). Actual Salary: £24,776 - £32,300 per annum
