Full Job Description
The Recruitment Co-Ordinator is trained in the Unitemps recruitment process. They have responsibility for supporting the Senior Recruitment Consultant (SRC) and Branch Manager (BM) on internal recruitment campaigns. In addition, they provide administration support to the branch, and have a high level of contact with students and staff. You will be responsible for promoting the Unitemps service around the University.
The successful candidate will scan and input passports, conduct Home Office checks and other data; submit payroll forms for new starters on a weekly basis to the payroll team. They will respond to and manage emails from the Unitemps mailbox, collect and maintain payroll information and follow recruitment processes from advertising to setting up bookings of temporary workers.
The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent with A-C passes in English and Maths (or equivalent experience). They will have knowledge of recruitment and employment legislation and experience of working in a fast paced administrative role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are required; along with good organisation, time management and attention to detail.
Previous experience working in a Higher Education background is desirable.
