Full Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? Do you have a natural ability to engage and inspire young learners? Manor Community Primary School is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our primary school team as an unqualified teacher to work mainly in our inclusive and supportive KS2 team.
The key responsibilities are:
+ Supporting the delivery of engaging and effective lessons under the guidance of qualified teaching staff.
+ Assisting in planning and preparing classroom activities.
+ Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
+ Supporting individual and small group learning to help children achieve their potential.
+ Collaborating with colleagues to meet the diverse needs of our pupils.
+ Contributing to the wider school community and participating in school events
We welcome applicants who:
+ Have a genuine interest in working with children and supporting their development.
+ Are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
+ Possess strong communication and organizational skills.

+ Have relevant experience in childcare, education, or similar fields (preferred but not essential).
+ Educated to degree level
+ Are willing to work towards teaching qualifications if appropriate.
