We're looking for a talented Urban Design Associate to join our team, contributing to ground-breaking projects across the UK. What you'll do:

  • Work on large-scale masterplans for regeneration (including high density town and city centre living), mixed-use and residential developments.
  • Conduct in-depth site analyses and develop inspiring design visions.
  • Create detailed design drawings, illustrations, and design strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Lead the production of comprehensive Design Codes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.

A relevant degree in Urban Design and a passion for creating high quality, sustainable communities.
  • Significant experience in large-scale masterplanning and urban design.
  • Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative and commercial mindset, with the drive to deliver exceptional results.

We plan, design, deliver and manage the development and infrastructure needed to support the creation of sustainable, healthy, and prosperous communities.
  • Our teams provide effective and relevant solutions, translating our clients' vision into valued consents, deliverable plans for projects and programmes, and efficient designs for delivery, based on technical excellence and deep market insights. We deal with today's challenges, but also keep a fairer, better tomorrow in sight, looking at how we deliver clean growth, support radical changes in our economy and meet the needs of future communities.
