Full Job Description

We're looking for a student with a passion for improving user experiences on digital platforms to join our HR Performance team on a one-year placement. You will be involved in creating impactful content across our various HR platforms in support of our 13,000+ employees. You will work with business users to gather their requirements and then translate them into digital content on our HR Platforms., Over the 12-month programme we'll offer you an opportunity to get hands-on with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our HR systems putting employee experience first. You will be talking to our users and gathering their feedback and then you'll create digital content across our HR Systems. Throughout the course of the placement, you will:

  • Gain a good understanding of how effective digital communications plays a key role in building positive employee experiences within a large and varied organisation
  • Develop your stakeholder management skills by working with various business units and senior leaders
  • Gain experience of translating HR policies & processes into a format that is easily understood by our employees
  • Be part of our team that is transforming our HR systems into one consolidated platform of which a positive user experience is key

    On track to achieve or will have already achieved a 2:2 undergraduate degree or 2:2 postgraduate qualification in any discipline such as communications, marketing, graphic or video design
  • Excellent knowledge of creative tools, such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Final Cut, Canva
  • Desire to learn and develop in a high-performing HR Employee Services team
  • Have great attention to detail and ability to analyse feedback
