Your Role and Responsibilities The role will involve:

  • Taking a lead on scoping, planning, conducting, and analysing the research by creating research plans, protocols and activities using qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-method approaches.
  • Analyse and synthesise research findings to translate insights into user needs and opportunities, communicating compelling user insights to the product owner team and wider stakeholders.
  • Contribute research findings to enable evidence-based product and design decisions and champion the user to ensure that the product delivers.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Must have: Experience of planning, designing, and carrying out user-centric research activities with customers, stakeholders and third parties.
  • Description: Responsible for using a variety of research methodologies to develop customer insights for brand experiences and communications that are highly interactive for web, mobile and other digital applications.
  • Techniques may include ethnographic research, generative research, quantitative research, workshops, third-party research, surveys, focus groups, social listening, prototyping, usability and accessibility testing.
  • Interprets and analyzes research data, mining it for relevant information.
  • Toolkit such as Mural, Adobe products, Figma, Sketch, Miro or Trello.

Techniques may include ethnographic research, generative research, quantitative research, workshops, third-party research, surveys, focus groups, social listening, prototyping, usability and accessibility testing. Interprets and analyzes research data, mining it for relevant information; often holds a technical or statistical background, analytical skills, and experience in user research.
