Full Job Description

The UX designer will be responsible for defining the user workflow and the visual layout of the solution in order to achieve the best experience, simplify the use for the users and support the growing user base with the highest satisfaction rate.

What You'll Do on a Typical Day

  • Participate in the evolution and development of the application.

  • Review and define improvements on the existing applicative workflows.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX designer or similar role preferably for business web application

  • Frame and solve problems weaving together experiences that take the customer's needs, business goals and technology into account

  • Build knowledge on the user experience based on metrics. Help improving these metrics. Define UX improvements and measure their success.

  • Clearly communicate your ideas to stakeholders through relevant artifacts in order to build consensus and influence the roadmaps

  • Design meaningful user flows and interfaces informed by user interactions and product requirements

  • Work daily and closely with the Feature Team that are in your scope, meaning Product Owners and engineer

  • Collaborate with developers to maintain design consistency and coherence across the product

  • A great ability to conceptualize and implement UX concepts
