Full Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and experienced UX Designer to join our talented and passionate team working on the Unannounced Project. This is a unique opportunity to work on an exciting and upcoming project, shaping the user experience for our highly acclaimed video games.
Reports to
Lead UX Designer
What will you do?

Deeply understand player behavior and motivations to determine best UX solutions.
Work closely with UR to leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Design solutions: strategy, sketches, mind maps, flow charts, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes while iterating based on data from research. Know when different UX methods are appreciate given scope.
Work closely with game designers and developers to achieve best presentations of games mechanics and prepare production files, documentation and specs for UI designers and developers.
Create and express design decisions with a data-informed vision, design rationale and solutions to team members.
Push UX boundaries: explore the latest emerging trends through independent research and share that information with your team and fellow designers, fostering a player centered design-base culture.
Drive awareness: advocate the importance of player-centered interaction challenges and opportunities, player feedback, journey mapping and data-driven decisions in designing the end-to-end player experience.

At least a full game release cycle experience.
Good written and verbal English proficiency.
