Full Job Description

+ Be part of an out-of-hours incident management rota to provide communication and stakeholder support during major events.
+ When required, work with contractors and partners to ensure their social media communications are aligned with / help to enhance our own.
+ Provide support with measuring the impact and effectiveness of communications campaigns.
+ Oversee all corporate digital communications.
+ Advise key senior leaders on digital comms activity, where they can support our corporate plan with their activity.
+ Help to develop and deliver the corporate social media communication performance scorecard.
+ Attend all related meetings and keep the relevant comms teams informed about any actions/outcomes.
+ Be the primary point of contact for any proactive and reactive digital corporate communication inquiries.

+ Strong previous track record of digital communications experience with demonstrable results.
+ Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media and content management systems.
+ Exposure to working with high-profile companies.
+ Experience with working on multiple projects at once and able to prioritise them.
+ Knowledge and experience of video creation and editing.

+ Competitive salary from £36,000 to £54,000 per annum, depending on experience.
+ Annual Leave - 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays)
