Full Job Description
+ Maintaining, updating, and monitoring our driver resources rota, to ensure our business needs are covered and that our driver numbers are adequate to fulfil business requirements.
+ Ensuring any driver overtime requirements are requested, reviewed, updated, and communicated depending on the business needs.
+ Being accountable for ensuring all holiday requests are reviewed and agreed within the business terms.
+ Manage driver sickness cover, maintaining resource levels for each business area.
+ Manage the bookings for the Customer Event Vehicle, working with customers from point of enquiry through to completion.
+ Maintain compliance records and compliance systems, using various transport systems.
+ Checking DBI Systems within our vehicles, updating details for drivers.
+ Maintain Driver APP and action updates.
+ Ensure H&S, driver SHE5's are actioned and communicated to relevant sites and COP's.
For this role, a driving licence is required.
Location - Kemble Court, Reading on Hybrid basis.
Hours of work are 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
As a System Maintainer, your role will be to maintain consistently high standards and reliability across the Logistics Delivery Systems. These include attention to detail and a methodical approach in all areas of the Transport Delivery Systems. The role sits within our Logistics Delivery department and supports the business in providing a cost-effective resource solution to our customers and the different business areas., + Be capable and knowledgeable in all aspects of I.T, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Have good interpersonal and customer relations skills.
+ Be organised, forward thinking and adaptable.
+ Be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
+ Demonstrate clear knowledge of Transport law and the Road Traffic Act.
+ Knowledge of compliance with transport legislation, including drivers' hours regulations in line with the 'O' licence legislation and company procedures.

+ Offering between £26,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience and skills.
+ Annual Leave - 24 days holiday per year increasing to 28 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays)
