Full Job Description

As a successful candidate, your role will be to inspect, maintain, fault diagnose, test, install, modify or repair as appropriate, mechanical plant and associated electrical equipment, in a safe efficient timely and effective manner with minimum supervision.

As the Process Technician, you will find that no working day is the same. This will provide a very interesting, challenging, and rewarding working environment. and you will receive full training and support for the Health & Safety, technical and process requirements related to the role.

What you'll be doing as the Process Technician

+ Carrying out scheduled planned maintenance work on plant and equipment in compliance with company standards and procedures to improve plant resilience.
+ Operating and cleaning plant and equipment to ensure on-site operational and health and safety standards are maintained.
+ Attending reactive jobs following plant and equipment failure.
+ Keeping sites clean and tidy and undertaking safety and security checks.
+ Always working safely and complying with all Health and Safety guidance and procedures.
+ Base Location: Maple Lodge - Rickmansworth - WD3 9SQ.
+ Working Pattern or hours: 38 Hours Monday-Friday Plus the inclusion onto a standby rota for which you will receive additional payment.

+ Be a self-motivated individual who can immerse themselves into the team around them, you need to be very disciplined have the desire to learn from those around you and have a can-do attitude. This role can be demanding at times but very rewarding too.
+ Take Ownership of responding quickly to faults, being curious to understand the problem fully, and identifying the best solution to resolve it the first time.
+ Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to interact with the team.
+ Teamwork - We are one team, and our end goals are the same.
+ Proactive - take the lead on recommendations and improvements around the site and communicate effectively.
+ Must be prepared to be trained in safety procedures.
+ Knowledge and awareness of health and safety standards.
+ Due to the nature of the role a full UK driving licence is essential.

+ Competitive salary starting from £24,800 per annum.
+ Annual Leave 24 days holiday per year increasing to 28 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays)
