You're an experienced Value Stream/Production Manager who would relish the opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled technicians in a continuous change manufacturing environment. Your ability to plan will help you to excel at coordinating resources, materials & supplies and manage the team's overall performance, including quality and health & safety.

Are you?

-Proven experience of successfully managing a manufacturing team
-Experience of implementing best practice manufacturing techniques
-A background in complex mechanical assembly

As one of our Value Stream Managers, you will help to ensure that the Master Production Plan is followed, meeting milestones, maintaining the ERP system, continually evaluating staffing and equipment levels to reflect demand, proactively develop your team and implement process improvements.
