As a Secure Collection Operative, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all jobs. You'll be responsible for safeguarding confidential information and materials, ensuring their secure transportation and unloading for destruction. Your role as a key ambassador for Datashred means you'll uphold our high standards, maintaining a professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete all jobs on time, accurately, and efficiently
Safeguard confidential materials, ensuring security at all times
Load and unload materials for secure destruction
Ensure all required paperwork is completed correctly
Represent Datashred with a professional and positive attitude
Deliver outstanding customer service on every job

Full UK driving licence
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to apply the principles of customer care
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Physical capability to lift sacks weighing up to 35 kilos on multiple occasions per day
