Full Job Description
- Carry out deliveries to hotels as and when requested by the Transport Manager and/or offices
- Maintaining Vans on a daily/weekly basis and ensuring that vehicles are clean and road worthy/legal at all times
- Maintaining regular and constant contact with the Transport Manager and/or office
- Delivering and collecting clean and soiled linen
- Collecting soiled linen lists and handing them into the service office, as required
- At all times you are expected to represent the Company in a professional manner, being polite and courteous towards all customers
- Keeping the inside of your vehicle clean at all times and dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided in the yard
- Ensuring that vehicles are always left overnight at the production facility as company insurance requires all vehicles to be left in secure premises
- Completing a daily safety check on your vehicle prior to leaving the depot to check key maintenance issues including tyres, levels and lights, wear Hi-Vis jacket and other safety equipment on site and at customer premises The position covers a 4 on 4 off 12 hours shift pattern starting at 3am. The successful candidate, must be prepared to be flexible in your approach to working hours including weekends.

This is a physically demanding job and is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent maintenance and fault-finding skills. They must demonstrate flexibility with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude dealing with a wide variety of tasks including yard duties. The job is physically demanding with early starts delivering and collecting linen in the London area
