The successful post holder will have an excellent understanding of The Children and Families Act and associated Code of Practice, and be able to report regularly on learner performance against their outcomes.

The role is focused on delivering a varied personalised curriculum and delivering high quality teaching, learning and assessment for our learners with SEND, ranging from complex to moderate.

The post holder will be responsible preparation of inspirational lessons across our SEND programmes at our Bromley Campus. They will work closely as part of the team, and feed into learner progress reviews and engage in the IQA processes.

The successful post holder will have recent evidence of "good or better" observations and experience of delivering high quality teaching and learning to learners with a range of needs from complex to moderate., As a Disability Confident -Committed employer, we will offer an interview to any applicant that declares they have a disability and meet the minimum job role criteria.
