Vehicle Administrator

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Vehicle Administrator to join our outstanding team. In this pivotal role, you'll act as the backbone of our sales and buying operations, ensuring vehicles are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting the smooth running of our dealership., · Vehicle Processing: Invoice used vehicles, prepare detailed handover packs, and manage warranties for approved and non-approved cars.
· Financial Administration: Reconcile daily banking transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and oversee the dealership's funding systems.
· Coordination: Ensure vehicle preparation processes are seamless by monitoring and pushing required actions.
· Reporting: Check, maintain, and update internal reports to support operational efficiency.
· File Management: Conduct thorough file checks and maintain up-to-date payment records.
· Team Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and handle ad hoc tasks as directed by management.

· Experience: Previous experience in a Vehicle Administrator role within a dealership is highly desirable.
· Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
· Attention to Detail: A meticulous and methodical approach to handling documentation and processes.
