Full Job Description
- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage, accurately documenting findings.
- Use Audatex and AutoFlow software to generate detailed damage reports and repair estimates.
- Collaborate with our technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
- Liaise with insurance companies, customers, and other stakeholders to communicate assessment results and repair plans.
- Maintain detailed records of assessments, estimates, and communications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in damage assessment techniques.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and best practices.
Proven experience as a vehicle damage assessor/appraiser in an automotive bodyshop or related setting. - Proficiency in using Audatex and AutoFlow software is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle construction, materials, and repair techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- IMI / ATA Accreditation in Vehicle Damage Assessments, VDA / Estimating: 3 years (required)
- IMI / ATA Qualification in Vehicle Damage Assessments (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
Please note, you MUST have an NVQ 2 or 3 in the appropriate field or an IMI/ATA approved qualification to be accepted for this role. Salary package dependent on level and experience.
