Vehicle Prepper / Paint Technician

We are a growing automotive repair company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services. Our Thurrock site is looking for a skilled Prep Technician to join our team. If you have an eye for detail and are experienced in vehicle preparation for painting and repair, we'd love to hear from you!,

• Prepare vehicles for the painting process, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
• Perform minor body repairs as needed to ensure vehicles are ready for paint application.
• Ensure all vehicles are prepped to the highest standard, meeting the company's quality expectations.
• Work closely with the paint team to ensure a smooth transition from preparation to painting.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep work areas organized.
  
  Experience as a Prep Technician within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of prepping techniques and experience working with various materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
