Full Job Description
- To ensure effective audit of check-in and damage check of vehicles arriving at the depot, and inter-depot movements
- To carry out the depot check-in and fault/damage inspection of vehicles with ancillary equipment. e.g. tail lifts, etc. Report any faults or damage to management for review by the workshop
- Ensure that high standards of all vehicles going on hire are maintained via regular spot checks
- Be aware of the status of all vehicles and maintain high quality record keeping
- Check all vehicles going out on rent to match the specification and items that have been requested
The role of the successful candidate will be to uphold our vehicle standards, take images of damaged rental vehicles/assets, conduct safety and functionality checks of ancillary equipment. You will need to have good attention to detail and be able to follow specific processes and procedures., Full UK/ EU Driving licence - Beneficial to have a current UK CE or C Driving Licence (formerly Class 1 & 2) - maximum of 6 points - High level of customer service skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and telephone skills
