Technician - Lates or Split Shifts

Do you want to work for the largest Iveco and Fiat Van dealer? This is a family owned and run business with more than a century under its belt and is now operating out of 13 full service dealerships across the UK.We are looking for a fully qualified vehicle technician to join their site in Coventry.

Role: Vehicle Technician
Type: Permanent
Pay: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum
Hours: 42.5 per week
OT available plus additional pay for 'on-call' 1 in 4 weeks

Main Duties

• Carry out routine inspections, maintenance service and repairs on franchised and non franchised vehicles


• Carry out a wide range of defect repairs


• fault diagnostics and rectification to manufacturers and warranty guidelines


• Complete job cards and service sheets using online systems correctly and in line with warranty protocol.


You will be 'on call' for one whole week in every 4. This will entail taking home the sites breakdown van and being on call for out of hours break downs. There is a 400 payment for being on call for the week whether you attend a breakdown or not. If you are required to attend out of hours, OT will be paid at time/half Monday to Saturday and double time on Sunday.

Technician Requirements

• Level 3 qualification


• 3 years experience in a dealership setting (desirable)


• Experience of working with Light Commercial Vehicles (desirable)
