The role: This is a full time and permanent role. You will work Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday morning in three (as agreed in a rota shared equally between you and your colleagues). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform maintenance, repairs and / or diagnostics on the full range of cars.
  • Maximising efficiency, while always maintaining company and industry standards and benchmarks.
  • Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment to ensure diagnostics, testing, maintenance and repairs are completed in line with the manufacturers repair methods.
  • Utilise the company systems to record and monitor detailed explanations of all work carried out.
  • Providing your colleagues and our customers with highly detailed explanations of work required, or work carried out. Through face to face and video communications.
  • Expand your knowledge through the completion of training modules, as required to ensure your knowledge and understanding of the product is maintained to the required level.
  • To show respect to your colleagues and maintain your work area to company standards, ensure an excellent and safe work environment.

    You will be a fully trained and experienced Service or Diagnostic Technician.
  • Certified to NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent to a Level 3 manufacturers qualification.
  • Electric Vehicle maintenance and repair qualifications are an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided., How many years experience do you have as a vehicle technician?

    We offer a highly competitive salary package. Including a starting basic salary of between £30,000 and £38,000 p.a (dependent on your skill levels and experience).
