As a Vendor & Alliance Management Lead, you will oversee day-to-day operational management of alliances with external business partners and vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant outsourced services. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll shape and refine vendor oversight frameworks, establish governance processes, and support system development initiatives to meet business objectives. This role places you at the heart of a dynamic, global organisation, offering the opportunity to develop innovative solutions and collaborate with industry leaders while embracing agile methodologies to optimise resources and deliver value.   • Educational Background: A life science degree or equivalent experience relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Pharmacovigilance Expertise: Proven experience in pharmacovigilance in clinical research and development, with strong knowledge of global regulatory obligations.
  • Vendor Management Skills: Demonstrated success in managing vendors or business partners within the healthcare or life sciences sector.
  • Strong Project Leadership & Delivery: Proven ability to lead projects successfully, supported by excellent negotiation, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills to foster sustainable collaborations in diverse, multicultural environments.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Familiarity with governance frameworks, performance metrics (e.g., KPIs, SLAs), and innovative solutions to navigate complex, process-driven challenges effectively.
