About Us: We are seeking a highly motivated Vendor Manager to work from our London office (hybrid role) to join our team and help us attract and retain top-tier talent in these critical fields.,

  • Recruitment Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to understand freelance needs and develop effective recruiting strategies tailored to attract top-tier talent in medical translation, writing, and copywriting.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.

  • Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct interviews, administer tests, and assess freelance candidates to determine their suitability for various roles within the organisation.

  • Onboarding: Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for new hires.

  • Candidate Experience: Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Translation, Languages, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management/ recruiting translators, writers, and copywriters specializing in Pharma, Life Sciences, and Medicine.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology and industry trends within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

  • Track Record: Proven success in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Independence: Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
