Full Job Description

The Vertical Solutions Manager (Technical), works collaboratively with the Vertical Solutions Team to research, develop and release products and features specifically for the development of Vertical Products within the Emarsys Platform. The Vertical Solutions Manager (Technical) would typically be focussed on how the product or feature works and be the main technical contact for all product and feature developments for the creation of Vertical Solutions on the Emarsys Platform. YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Work directly with the Vertical Solutions Manager (Commercial) to design and deliver new Product enhancements and features specifically for the expansion of Vertical Products for the Emarsys Platform.
  • Determines customers and prospect needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
  • Own the technical scoping and development of Vertical products and features
  • Manage and work with technology partners to design and build products and features
  • Be involved in customer and prospect meetings to determine requirements
  • Work with local Professional Service Directors to implement new Products and features.
  • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Identify new vertical industry areas of revenue growth.
  • Identify new technical partner alliances.
