Full Job Description

We are looking for somebody to provide a professional and efficient reception service to clients and B&W staff alike, ensuring a high standard of both first point customer service and all relevant administration duties. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to all incoming correspondence - either by phone, in person or by email.
  • Managing vets' diaries and booking appointments
  • Dealing with account queries and payments
  • General housekeeping

    The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. A friendly, 'can-do' attitude is a must and good general IT skills and basic equine knowledge are essential. Previous experience in a customer facing role is preferred.

    This is a part-time permanent position, 24 hours/3 days per week. Working Friday is essential, the two other days are negotiable. Occasional Saturday mornings may be required on a rotational basis, dependent on business need.
