We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join well established, busy, small animal practice based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.

We're looking for a confident vet both in your clinical and communication skills with solid experience gained in first opinion practice. This is a unique opportunity as it offers a real opportunity for develop and progress within your career.

Our welcoming, friendly colleagues at Dunstable are led by Claire Weller & Dominic Stevens who have worked alongside each other for 20 years! This has led to our colleagues developing a nurturing and relaxed workplace which truly puts an emphasis on excellent work-life balance.

You would be surrounded by a supportive team made up of 3 qualified RVNs, an SVN, a number of VCAs and of course our experienced vet team. Our colleagues believe in encouraging peoples interests so if you do have a particular certificate you would want to work toward, the practice is happy to support you with this.

The practice itself is modern, air-conditioned practice is purpose built to industry leading standards with state-of-the-art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, in house blood machines, 3 air-conditioned consult rooms and dedicated theatre. There is also laparoscopic equipment available.

There is plenty of onsite parking and we are very close to the A5 and M1 and ideally located just 15 minutes from Luton Airport and train station. Leagrave train station is also just 10 minutes away with direct train links into central London in under 30 minutes. This offers excellent commuting routes for someone that wants to have all the benefits of living in London without being caught up in the hustle and bustle of city life!, Pets just see people.   • Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience
