Cheryl Lucas and Nick Briggs are looking for an enthusiastic and personable veterinary surgeon to join their team based in Loughton.

  • You will be joining an expanding and energized team of 3 full time vet, 1 RVN, 2 Student Nurses and 2 Veterinary Care Assistants. Cheryl has a keen interest in all aspects of veterinary medicine but a particular leaning towards surgery and has recently completed her surgical certificate. Other interests within the team include oncology and geriatric nursing. Our practice is based on the busy Epping Forest retail park and has easy access to major roads and transport links into central London. The team see a wide variety of small animal cases and they have state of the art equipment including ultrasound, digital X-ray and full in house laboratory. Cheryl and Nick are looking for an approachable and passionate vet to join the team. You will be confident with routine surgical and medical cases and comfortable with an element of sole charge at times. The team are proud of the strong relationships they have forged with their patients and clients and are looking for a vet who enjoys this side of the role just as much as the clinical side. This is a full-time role (40 hours) with a weekend rota 1 in 3 and no OOHs. We are an Equal Opportunities Employer.
